TERMS AND CONDITIONS — DISCOVER & REDEEM PROGRAMME OTZ LAB

1. Purpose of the Discover & Redeem Programme

OTZ LAB offers its customers a promotion called the Discover & Redeem Programme (the "Programme"), designed to allow customers to discover each fragrance before committing to a full-size format. The Programme comprises three independent promotional mechanics, subject to these Terms and Conditions (the "T&C").

2. Programme Mechanics

2.1. Purchase of 40 ml format with complimentary 2 ml vial

Every order of a fragrance in 40 ml format will include, for the duration of the Programme, the same fragrance in 2 ml format, intended to allow the customer to discover the fragrance before opening the 40 ml bottle.

Should the fragrance prove unsatisfactory, the customer may request a return of the 40 ml format in accordance with the special conditions of the Programme.

The 2 ml format carries an identified monetary value, which will be charged to the customer only if it has been used and in the event of a return of the 40 ml format.

2.2. Purchase of 2 ml format with redeemable code

The purchase of any 2 ml format will automatically generate a unique redeemable code worth €15, applicable exclusively towards the subsequent purchase of the 40 ml format of the same fragrance.

2.3. Purchase of Discovery Set with redeemable code

The purchase of the Discovery Set, comprising 4 fragrances in 2 ml format, will automatically generate a unique redeemable code worth €48, applicable exclusively towards the subsequent purchase of any fragrance included in the set in 40 ml format.

2.4. Conditions applicable to redeemable codes (mechanics set out in sections 2.2. and 2.3.)

Codes:

• Will be sent by email upon order confirmation and will be valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Once this period has elapsed, they will expire automatically, with no right to compensation, substitution or reactivation.
• Are personal, non-transferable and single-use.
• May only be used in accordance with the promotional mechanic that generated them.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or codes, unless expressly stated.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or generate any credit in favour of the customer.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1. Returns of the 40 ml format

Within the framework of the Programme, the customer may request a return of the 40 ml format, provided it has not been opened or unsealed. If the accompanying 2 ml format has been used, the refund will correspond exclusively to the amount paid for the 40 ml format, after deduction of:

• the value of the 2 ml format (€15), only if it has been used, and
• the return shipping costs applicable under the Programme:
  • Home collection — Mainland Spain: €6.50
  • Home collection — Balearic Islands: €12.00
  • Home collection — all other destinations: €30.00

3.2. Returns under the remaining Programme mechanics

For purchases of 2 ml format and/or Discovery Set with redeemable codes, returns will be free of charge, provided the conditions set out in the OTZ LAB General Terms of Sale are met.

In such cases, the refund will be limited solely to the amount paid for the returned product. Initial shipping costs, where applicable, will not be refunded and will be as set out in the OTZ LAB General Terms of Sale.

For the avoidance of doubt, once a product has been opened or unsealed, it may not be returned, in accordance with applicable health and hygiene regulations.

4. Scope of Application

These T&C apply exclusively to the OTZ LAB Discover & Redeem Programme. Purchases not forming part of this promotion are subject to the OTZ LAB General Terms of Sale.

5. Modification of the Programme

OTZ LAB reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Programme at any time, while respecting in all cases the rights acquired by customers in respect of orders already confirmed.
